Avoiding and Recovering from Mis-Steps: Even the most responsive and best-intentioned advisers can find themselves with disgruntled clients. Learn how to prevent the most common causes of harm to the client-adviser relationship, and how to address the problems when mistakes do occur.

Working with the Worn-Out Client: Learn strategies for helping struggling clients both rally and preserve their limited energy, building their resilience and strengthening your relationship in the process.
